Service Description

From a small driveway to a big Parking lot, we have you covered. $70 gets us there and pays for up to an hour of service. Please specify a time you need access to your driveway/sidewalks as we try to complete these in a route vs an exact time you are scheduling for. Residential Single car Driveways and sidewalk start at $70/hr. Commercial lots start at $249/hr per service. Salting starts at $15 and must be requested in message with service. additional cost will be invoiced after services are completed. Salt & Special equipment use available upon request at additional cost starting at $15 for salt and $149 for special equipment use such as snow plows and skid steers. Pre treatment available upon request. If it does not snow, a full refund will be issued. Please note our rates listed are for up to 1 hour of service. Ice and compacted driveways/walkways do make it more challenging to remove and could add additional costs to the service. We would like to remove the snow before traffic and ice builds up if possible. Online rates cover up to 5" of snow. 10% increase per inch.
